HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full HR function in Saudi Arabia, overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term people strategy, ensuring legal compliance, building a high-performance culture, and partnering with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, government systems, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and HR reporting capabilities.
• Track record of managing the full HR lifecycle across multiple domains.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• MBA holder is preferable
• Strong Human Resources academic certificates ( PHRI, SPHRI, SHRM, CIPD etc.) will be a strong edge.
• Saudi Labor Law & Nitaqat Program Courses, GCC HR Law & Compliance Certification
