This Operations Specialist role focuses on acquiring new business partners, training users of PetroApp products, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients. The role involves building strong relationships, providing operational support, and monitoring processes for improvement. It requires a blend of operational skills and sales-oriented customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
