Job Description
The Henny Penny convenience stores are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee operations, maximize profitability, and ensure customer and associate satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and Team Development. The GM will be responsible for staff performance, financial management, and market analysis.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience with leading and building a highly effective team.
- Experience with staff selection, training, and performance management.
- Reliable Transportation
