Job Description
The Henny Penny convenience stores are seeking a highly talented General Manager to lead a team and ensure the successful operation of the Mystic, CT store. The role focuses on maximizing profitability, fostering customer satisfaction, and managing associate performance. The GM will also be responsible for sales building, financial management, and ensuring adherence to PMG Values.
Requirements
- Daily Responsibilities: Customer service, resolving complaints, overseeing sales, managing paperwork, and ensuring store compliance.
- Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred, Team leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable Transportation
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
