HR Training & Organizational Development Specialist

Petron Malaysia is seeking a dynamic HR Training & Organizational Development Specialist to lead employee training plans, identify training needs, and develop training programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline, and at least 3 years of experience in learning & development or training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00
• Preferably minimum 3 years' experience in learning & development, training field
• Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to conduct business presentations
• Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company
