Requirements
- University Degree in Chemical, Computer, Control, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in refinery operations, IT, or process control
- Strong expertise in Operational Technology (OT) and IT cybersecurity
- Experience in computing infrastructure management, system administration, and process control applications
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ISMS compliance, BCP, and disaster recovery strategies
