Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Case Executive handling complex remortgage cases
• Solid Remortgage experience
• Sale and Purchase experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of UK property law, remortgaging processes, and lender requirements
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and GDPR
• Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
