Plant Manager

Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the manufacturing plant in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role and 7+ years of people management experience. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective production while meeting quality, delivery, and budget expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a directly related manufacturing or production leadership role
• 7+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• ERP system experience preferred (SAP experience a plus)
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license that meets Busch insurance standards
