Production Unit Manager

We are looking for a Production Unit Manager to join our team in Annecy, France. As a Production Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of objectives in safety, quality, delay, and costs, and will lead a team of team leaders. You will also be responsible for defining priorities, challenging teams, and ensuring the cohesion of production standards.

Requirements

• Ensure that the manager's charter is respected
• Check the application of safety and quality guidelines
• Accompany and coach to develop the human and technical skills of your teams
• Lead a monthly point to give meaning and vision to teams on the ground
• Define the priorities of your support teams within the production unit
• Challenge teams regarding indicators
• Serve as an interface between team leaders and management for problem resolution (human and technical)
• Ensure the cohesion/coherence of production standards
• Be the manager of team leaders
• Support the Safety-Environment policy
• Adjust staff according to the Industrial and Commercial Plan
• Commit to the capacity of the workshop over a one-year horizon
• Ensure the polyvalence within the UP and the security of critical positions
