Requirements

• Managing and coaching a full-stack engineering team

• Team building and creating a culture of excellence
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of professional engineering management experience
• Proven track record in leading high-output teams
• Nice-to-have: 1+ years of experience with a blockchain-based product
