Software Engineer - MLOps

Phare is building a Revenue Operating System using AI to make hospital billing and reimbursement effortless, accurate, and fair. We are hiring a Software Engineer - MLOps to own the production runtime for Phare's ML stack and build progressive delivery pipelines with automated rollouts and rollbacks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of MLOps experience
• Background in operating ML systems at scale
• Experience in production ML, platform engineering, system reliability, and post-training lifecycles
