Support in creating production instructions and protocols, packaging instructions and protocols, and distributing and archiving production and packaging instructions and protocols. Regular review and adjustment of SOPs and other regulations and documents, including additions, for production, cleaning, packaging, and storage. Support in creating validation and qualification plans, including all protocols, and maintain the QS-016 list.

Requirements

• Ongoing study in a natural science-technical field or a comparable qualification
• First experiences in document management, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences)
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements (MDR, ISO 13485)
• Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with document management systems
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Careful, structured, and reliable working method
• Outstanding team skills as well as organizational talent
• High quality requirements and a developed eye for detail accuracy when working with technical and regulatory documents
• High level of initiative and the ability to quickly and independently learn new, complex topics and regulatory requirements
