Pharmacy Benefit Consultant

PSG is a leading pharmacy intelligence and technology company focused on helping clients navigate drug management. They offer solutions for hospitals and health systems and are seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant to lead client relationship management, create custom strategy, and drive business development. The role involves vendor strategy, program oversight, and communication with executive teams.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management, specialty pharmacy and large employer environments
• 2 years minimum experience, with a direct client relationship role
• Strong communication skills, including presentation skills
• Experience working with corporate executives
• Ability to develop strategies and implement programs for client pharmacy benefit programs
• Strong clinical and financial analysis skills
• Travel up to 25%
• Pharmacy background with a bachelor’s degree
• MBA or PharmD/RPh preferred
• Business development experience preferred
