Job Description
PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) to develop and implement the US HEOR strategy. This role involves designing and performing health economic/outcome research projects, leading field initiatives, and engaging with healthcare and access stakeholders to support market access. The company focuses on innovative biologics for hematology and oncology, and is rapidly growing.
Requirements
- PhD, PharmD, or MD/DO
- 7+ years of relevant field-based or other Pharmacoeconomics professional experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. data sources and payer claims
- Strong understanding of US healthcare system
- Experience in hematology, oncology managed care and access landscape
- Experience developing and executing HEOR modeling activities and outcomes analyses
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Travel requirements (up to 25%)
