Job Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for major repairs and troubleshooting of equipment, attending breakdowns, training junior technicians, and assessing vendor recommendations.
Requirements
- Perform hydraulic and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot issues with diesel engines and hydraulic and transmission systems
- Maintain LBE in its optimum condition
- Train mechanical technicians through buddy system
- Recondition parts assembly for spare availability
- Assist vendors or service provider's repair or maintenance activities
- Validate vendor's assessment before they recommend parts and services needed
