Requirements
- Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in an international business environment in the field of consumer marketing or product management
- At least 5 years' experience in product development marketing
- Experience with product development and product launches
- Experience with translating market research and shopper insights into product concepts and new propositions
- Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse cultures in a complex matrix organizational structure
- Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth
- Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others
- Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Solid spoken and written English skills
- At least 3 years of proven track record in leading and developing teams
