Job Description
As a Senior IP Counsel in the General Licensing team, you will create maximum value from Philips' IP portfolio through licensing and other commercial IP-based activities. You will participate in the conception and execution of appropriate IP strategies and support and handle IP matters in collaborations with third parties and litigation.
Requirements
- Working in collaboration with global IP&S colleagues to evaluate invention disclosures and prepare, file, and prosecute high quality patent applications
- Supporting infringement and validity analysis, including claim chart mapping to technical standards or other use cases
- Supporting analysis of third-party patents in the relevant technology domains
