Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d)

Create with us the future of toothbrush head manufacturing! As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will accompany the series production and ensure that our processes run stably and efficiently.

Requirements

• Responsibility and optimization of production processes in series
• Independent implementation of improvement measures (Six Sigma, Lean)
• Participation in project teams and implementation of Life-Cycle-Management
• Development and selection of manufacturing concepts
• Design for Manufacturing & Assembly
• Risk analyses (PFMEA) and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ)
• Creation of operating instructions, bills of materials, and process documentation
• Support of the quality department in planning inspections
• Application of ISO9001 and ISO13485
