Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer role is responsible for leading chemical process development for new product introductions, driving improvement initiatives to optimize existing processes and production performance, managing project execution, and applying statistical methods to resolve process challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, coating applications, production operations, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of chemistry and chemical processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile and adaptable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g. Minitab), CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks), risk assessment tools (e.g. FMEA)
