Job Description
As an Order Management Specialist, you have an opportunity to become a change agent in a newly created track for Digital Supply Chain in Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) that is soon going to be one of the leading businesses in Philips' portfolio.
Requirements
- End-to-End Order Management
- Acting as the point of contact to the logistics organization for the assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects
- Direct contact and maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse, Pricing, and Finance teams, and other departments within Philips)
- Providing insights and recommendations through reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working with LEAN capabilities such as Daily Management, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Problem Solving
