Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Clinical Informatics team and serve as the process expert and liaison to the configure-price-quote (CPQ) system owners, ensuring our commercial offers are accurately modeled, priced, and delivered.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on expertise in end-to-end Q2C processes, including quoting, pricing, subscription management, billing, and invoicing (Apttus/Conga or Sofon preferred)
- Experience in regulated industries (especially medical devices) is also preferred
- Strong understanding of PLM/ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and product lifecycle data
- Knowledge of eDMR/eDHR and compliance processes
- Experience defining and tracking metrics / KPIs, building dashboards and reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
