Job Description
Regional Operational Excellence Manager - S&RC drives performance improvements activities and programs towards achieving substantial impact on business results, people’s development, and on delivering operational excellence to our customers.
Requirements
- Use data to identify opportunities for productivity across the integrated supply chain.
- Collaborate with leaders across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) global team to support the implementation of key projects.
- Lead the deployment of the Integrated Supply Chain strategic planning across all the sub-functions.
- Facilitate and/or deliver training for global teams or specific departments about lean practices and tools.
- Partner with data analysts to develop models with the goal to identify key areas of improvement and develop proposals including benefits, risks, and ROI to achieve leadership buy-in.
- Support ISC leaders to maintain operational mechanisms including preparation for monthly performance reviews and daily management meetings, and maintaining general KPI dashboards.
