Shopper & Category Growth Manager

As our Shopper & Category Growth Manager for Personal Health, you will play a key role in shaping and executing shopper strategies that create category growth within Hair Removal. This end-to-end involvement starts with leading the development and execution of shopper activation plans, which are seamlessly aligned with category strategies to craft engaging in-store experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in retail shopper marketing
• Experience in developing category strategies
• Analytical, data-savvy, and not afraid to dig into Excel or dashboards
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and striving for excellence
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to turn consumer insights into compelling trade arguments
