Job Description
The AS/RS Technician II is responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of the automated storage & retrieval system (AS/RS). This role requires proficiency in reading system schematics, diagnosing complex issues, and coordinating with logistics and hotline support. Documentation of maintenance activities and work orders is key. The technician will support broader facility maintenance tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.
Requirements
- Independent performance of preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of complex hardware and control issues.
- Coordination with OEMs for system diagnostics.
- Document maintenance activities and work orders.
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
- Participate in facilities meetings and contribute to maintenance strategy.
