ENGINEERING ESTIMATOR - Precision Machining

We are hiring an Engineering Estimator to support fabrication work of critical aerospace/space products for prime initiatives and projects in the aerospace and defense industries. The role involves developing, optimizing, and implementing CNC machining processes, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards, and addressing non-conformance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Relevant certifications in CNC manufacturing, process development, or quality control
• 3 – 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on CNC machining in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment
• Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes and developing rework instructions for non-conformance conditions
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Solidworks, Mastercam, CATIA)
• Knowledge of aerospace materials and their machining characteristics (titanium, Inconel, aluminum alloys, etc)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality standards
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards such as AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO 9001
