Assistant Director of Nursing, Hospice

We're looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing who will lead with clinical excellence and heart. You'll oversee hospice nursing operations, ensure compliance, and support the development of individualized patient care plans.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• At least 1 year of hospice or palliative care experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and standards
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
