Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Nursing to lead our team of nurses and provide care and compassion to our clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing, 2+ years of hospice care experience, and excellent communication and business management skills.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate from nursing school
- Active Missouri RN license
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospice care
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and CHAP standards
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate self-confidence, a positive attitude, and maintain commitment and enthusiasm for goal achievement
