Home Health Admissions Registered Nurse position available at Phoenix Home Health in Wichita, KS and surrounding areas. The job involves assessing and determining the appropriateness of home health needs for patients. The admission RN should possess strong skills in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, communication, and multidisciplinary approach that encompasses the physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs of the patient and their family.

Requirements

• Previous home health experience preferred
• Kansas or Compact Nursing License
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
