Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social work, public health, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in quality management, compliance, or program evaluation
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Proven experience of quality management systems and of quality improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, CQI, PDSA)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in documentation and performance improvement
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting, including developing performance dashboards and KPIs
- Experience with audit preparation, inspections, and corrective action planning across multiple regulated domains
- Working knowledge of risk management principles and incident investigation/root cause analysis
- Technical proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs), compliance software, and reporting tools
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out a Christ-centered lifestyle consistent with PRM's Statement of Faith
