Intake Coordinator - Men's Campus - First Shift

Requirements

• Conduct initial assessments of potential clients
• Input accurate and complete client data into the Mission’s database
• Coordinate the delivery of support services for clients
• Handle emergencies and crises
• Conduct case management assessments and assist with program placement
• Transport clients when necessary
• Distribute medication as needed
• Demonstrate understanding and comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
