Job Description
The company is seeking a UX Designer to create user-centered designs and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. This role involves understanding business requirements, customer feedback, and usability research, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. The designer will also analyze metrics post-launch to optimize designs and incorporate customer insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant design experience
- Ability to create user-centered designs with understanding of business, voice of the customer, and user journeys
- Quick and iterative creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with prototyping tools like Sketch, Invision
