Solicitor

Requirements

• 3-5 years' post-admission experience
• Current unrestricted practising certificate
• Experience in debt recovery, strata recoveries, insolvency, commercial and civil litigation
• Strong legal drafting and research capability
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to manage client expectations
• Sound judgment, ethical practice, and the ability to escalate risks appropriately
• Knowledge of practice and procedure in Magistrates/Local, Supreme, and Federal Courts
