Franchise Sales Associate

PickleRage is seeking a high-energy Franchise Sales Associate to handle inbound franchise inquiries, qualify candidates, and support the Franchise Development department. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, and excited to represent one of the most exciting concepts in franchising.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in inside sales, franchise development support, call center, or lead qualification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple active candidates simultaneously
