Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage the monthly payroll for commercial employees and the Central Team, handle employee benefits, manage absences, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will coordinate and lead performance with the People Team, work with our payroll provider, improve processes, and work with various teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or similar
• Favorable expertise in payroll and salary accounting
• 2-5 years of work experience in payroll, payments, HR, or finance
• First experience with an HCM system, preferably Workday
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Responsible and accurate working style
• Ability to set priorities effectively and communicate payment progress
• Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
