Regional Director of Construction and Infrastructure South

Join our Team as Regional Director of Construction and Infrastructure South to shape the infrastructure of our Fulfillment Centers and Last-Mile-Hubs in southern Germany. You will lead a team of Facility Managers, manage launch projects, and oversee facility management matters.

Requirements

• Project management: Manage launch projects from A to Z in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsibility: Oversee all facility management matters of our FCs and Hubs in southern Germany.
• Team leadership: Lead, coordinate, and develop your team of Facility Managers at various locations.
• Steering: Negotiate contracts and manage external service providers in accordance with all regulations.
• Process optimization: Support the harmonization of our processes and actively accompany construction and renovation projects.
