As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you will design and implement RTL that interfaces high performance ADCs with PC streaming protocols, pushing the boundaries of what our instruments can achieve.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and developing high performance solutions using VHDL or Verilog, ideally with Xilinx or Altera tools.
- A strong grasp of digital and analogue hardware design principles, with experience developing integrated, multi-layered PCB solutions.
- Deep understanding of signal integrity, noise mitigation, and crosstalk management in high speed, mixed signal circuits.
- Excellent skills in translating complex technical data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A detail focussed and inquisitive approach, with the organisational skills to deliver high quality work within planned Agile timescales.
- Experience with Vivado, ModelSim, or Git; scripting knowledge (Python/TCL); or expertise in Clock Domain Crossing and High Level Synthesis.
