Job Description
Picogrid is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and executive team to drive company-wide initiatives. Requirements
- Experience in defense technology, aerospace, or a similarly complex operational environment.
- Strong understanding of government policy, acquisition, or program management.
- Proven ability to execute complex, cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High discretion and sound judgment with sensitive information.
