User Acquisition Specialist (Contractor)

Picsart is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist (Contractor) with data analysis skills to drive paid acquisition and targeting efforts. The role involves strategy, campaign optimization, budget management, creative collaboration, and analysis of campaign performance. It's a 12-month contract role with the flexibility to work remotely.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (mobile-first or subscription-based business)
• Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with $1M monthly budget responsibility
• Deep knowledge of key UA metrics (CTR, CR, CPI, ROAS, LTV)
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok and Facebook Ads
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
