Sourcing Working Student (m/f/d)

As a Working Student at Picus Capital, you will play an active role in identifying, assessing and prioritizing promising founders and early-stage companies across global startup ecosystems. You will be deeply involved in Deal Sourcing and Founder & Business Model Assessment.

Requirements

• Founder Identification: Systematically leveraging LinkedIn, university networks and founder communities to identify exceptional founders on a global scale
• Data-Driven Ecosystem Insights: Collaborating on data-driven initiatives to track and evaluate young entrepreneurial talent and emerging startup clusters
• Pattern Recognition: Refining our understanding of founder characteristics and early traction signals that correlate with strong long-term outcomes
• Supporting Founder & Business Model Assessments: You will strengthen our sourcing and evaluation infrastructure by supporting the assessment of inbound and outbound opportunities and helping determine which founders and companies merit deeper engagement
