Job Description
Pie is seeking a Partner Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert in customer service, billing, and audit work. This role involves managing partner policy life cycles independently, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and advocate for quality service and compliance.
Requirements
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer service, billing, and audit processes.
- Manage Partner Policy Life Cycle: Setup, billing adjustments, audits, and renewals.
- Handle escalated issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain high-quality service delivery and meet SLAs.
