Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

This position is for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to assess patient health, provide acute and chronic care, perform procedures such as injections and wound care, and ensure continuity of care. The role involves educating patients and families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The position also requires maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with state regulations.

Requirements

• BA/BS, MS preferred
• Graduate of AMA accredited physician assistant program or approved nurse practitioner program
• Minimum of one-year experience as physician assistant, preferably in clinic setting
• Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting, plus two years of nurse practitioner experience
• Valid PA license for the state of North Carolina
• CPR certification
• Valid RN license
