Requirements
- 7–8 years of professional experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading impactful, cross-functional projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive alignment, structure, and execution
- Solid appetite for HR topics and understanding of core People processes (onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.)
- Comfortable working with data: analyzing People KPIs, generating insights, and reporting to leadership
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration (Ops, Finance, Legal, GTM, etc.)
- Solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Experience providing strategic support to senior leadership (e.g. agenda setting, decision-making prep, communications)
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect People initiatives with company goals
- Previous exposure to HR tools and systems; interest in leveraging tech and AI for process optimization
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a growing organization
