Surgical Community Health Officer
2+ years of surgical training (SACHO or regular). 1-2 yrs experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, ideally with Caesarean section. Proficient in English. Clinical skills and teamwork are essential

Strong initiative, flexibility, and discipline are required. Proficiency in krio is essential. Must demonstrate interest in healthcare and work within a multicultural environment
CHW HIV/TB Supervisor
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Commitment to social justice and human right. Commitment to community work. Must be permanent resident of Kono district
Laboratory Technician
Diploma in Medical Lab Sci or related field. Prior experience in diagnostic lab preferred. Strong technical skills & organizational abilities needed
M&E Specialist
Master's degree or equivalent. 5+ yrs exp. in global health monitoring. Expertise in quantitative/qualitative methods. M&E system experience
Community Health Worker
BECE/high school certificate preferred. Community involvement & strong work ethic. Must be willing to work in the community and provide care
Janitor
Two years of education, one year of experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills required
Operating Theater Clearner
2+ years of experience, Basic English skills, Teamwork, Self-motivation, Flexibility, Good relationships, Analytical skills, Interest in social justice, Proficiency in Krio
Driver
3+ WASSCE, 5+ years driving exp (NGO preferred), basic English communication skills
Lecturer, Division of Clinical Medicine
Bachelor's degree in Medicine/Surgery (MBBS/Surgical Medical Degree). Fluency in Kinyarwanda. Proven interest in medical education
