CAD Technician-CC

This is an entry-level position that requires development of knowledge in specific areas of drafting, such as electrical, mechanical, or civil drawings, with the ability to operate a computer-aided drafting (CAD) system. Work is performed under direct supervision and is revised or spot-checked while in progress.

Requirements

• Successful completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of training at a technical school or equivalent experience
• Microstation skills
• Strong PC/IT skills (i.e., Word, Excel, etc)
• Ability to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
