Engineer 4 - Civil/Structural

This is the fourth level of Engineering, requiring advanced skills and the ability to work independently. The role involves providing technical expertise, leadership, and guidance to a team of engineers. Responsibilities include problem-solving, planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years’ experience as a practicing engineer or equivalent.
• State registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Skilled in engineering theories and principles.
• Skilled in practices of researching engineering and design issues, evaluating alternatives, and preparing recommendations.
• Ability to deal with various individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in the utility industry (preferred).
