This is the first engineering level, requiring engineers to provide technical expertise in a specific area. It involves developing skills, working independently, and contributing to problem-solving. Success is defined by being part of a team and understanding the company's goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Engineering Program (EAC/ABET or non-ABET equivalent) or advanced education.
• Understanding of basic engineering theories.
• Understanding of basic practices of engineering and design issues.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and power quality.
• Understanding of distribution construction standards.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented.
