Foreman - Overhead (Oncor)

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a skilled Foreman for Overhead electrical distribution system maintenance and repair. The position involves working at various locations, potentially traveling, and ensuring the safety of crew members. The role requires knowledge of coaching, line work, troubleshooting, and maintaining company assets.

Requirements

• Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair work of energized and de-energized overhead work.
• Coach and train lower-skilled employees in safe work procedures.
• Lead and teach hot stick work on energized lines.
• Perform pre-job or tailgate briefings.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment and tools in good working order.
• Replaces cutout fuses and clears faulted circuits and systems.
• Comply with company reporting procedures.
