Job Description
PIMCO is a global leader in active fixed income and is seeking an Account Manager, Institutional Defined Contribution Sales to support growth in the mega and large plan segment. The role will involve building and executing a field consultant coverage strategy to drive AUM and revenue growth, influencing DC recommendations, and partnering with Consultant Relations and Institutional Sales account teams.
Requirements
- Build and execute a field consultant coverage strategy
- Influence DC recommendations by translating PIMCO's DC platform, investment capabilities, and positioning into consultant-ready narratives and plan-level solutions
- Partner with Consultant Relations and Institutional Sales account teams
- Develop a disciplined pipeline across consultant channels and selective plan sponsor opportunities
- Provide market and competitor intelligence on DC consulting dynamics, platform trends, and buyer/committee behavior to inform go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Strategy, Portfolio teams, Marketing, and leadership to deliver coordinated, client-centric DC solutions
Benefits
- Total compensation approach with base salary and discretionary bonus
- Base salary range: $205,000.00 - $240,000.00
