Analyst, Private Strategies

PIMCO is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join their Special Situations Group, with responsibilities including sourcing, evaluating, and structuring potential investments, preparing presentations, and making recommendations to senior Portfolio Managers and fund Investment Committees.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' work experience in investment banking or asset management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Applied Sciences
• Existing knowledge of financial markets and transaction structuring
• Excellent quantitative/analytical and written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel, both internal and external
• Highly organized
• Natural curiosity for learning and for seeking exposure to new concepts
