Job Description
PIMCO, a global leader in active fixed income, is seeking a highly skilled Counsel to join their Legal Funds team. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support for U.S. registered funds, including fund operations, participant agreements, and regulatory compliance. The Counsel will collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals, offering legal advice, preparing materials, and managing legal matters.
Requirements
- Provide expert legal support for PIMCO’s U.S. registered funds and collective investment trusts.
- Review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of agreements related to fund operations and service providers.
- Deliver strategic legal advice to internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation and review of board meeting materials.
- Manage legal and regulatory issues.
- Stay informed about current laws and regulations relevant to securities.
- Professional and ethical conduct.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
